Admission Rules & Guidelines
Admission in H.A. Rab Girls P.G. College is offered as per college and university norms. Students are advised to read all instructions carefully before applying.
General Rules
- 1. Admission is offered on First Come, First Serve basis, subject to availability of seats.
- 2. Admission is not merit-based for general college admission process.
- 3. The candidate must have passed the required qualifying examination from a recognized board/university.
- 4. Admission will be confirmed only after document verification and fee submission.
- 5. The college reserves the right to cancel admission if any information/document is found false or misleading.
Document Verification
- Students must submit/produce the following documents at the time of admission:
- 1. 10th Marksheet & Certificate
- 2. 12th Marksheet & Certificate
- 3. Graduation Marksheet, if applicable
- 4. Transfer Certificate (TC)
- 5. Character Certificate
- 6. Aadhaar Card
- 7. APAAR ID
- 8. Recent Passport Size Photographs
- 9. Caste/Income/Domicile Certificate, if applicable
- Any other document required by the college/university
Fee Rules
- 1. Fee can be paid at the time of admission.
- 2. Facility of fee payment in installments may be provided as per college rules.
- 3. Students are advised to keep their fee receipt safely for future reference.
- 4. Fee refund/adjustment shall be applicable as per college rules and university guidelines.
- 5. If a student applies for cancellation of admission within the permitted period, refund may be considered after deduction of applicable charges.
- 6. After completion of the admission process or commencement of classes, fee may become non-refundable.
- 7. Refund processing may take reasonable administrative time after approval.
Attendance & Discipline
- 1. Minimum attendance is required as per university norms.
- 2. Students must maintain discipline inside the college campus.
- 3. Use of mobile phones in classrooms is not allowed without permission.
- 4. Ragging or any kind of misconduct is strictly prohibited.
Important Instructions
- 1. Fill the admission form carefully with correct details.
- 2. Keep photocopies of all submitted documents.
- 3. Students must follow all college and university rules.
- 4. Admission is provisional until final verification and approval by the college/university.
